Hygiene & Respect:
We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. We kindly ask that all guests behave respectfully toward staff and fellow clients at all times.

Age Policy:
Guests must be at least 18 years old to receive massage or body treatments unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours. To provide the best service for all guests, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
 

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
 

• For package or group bookings, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to avoid any charges.
